Data we use

We use your email address for invitation, verification, account recovery, and essential security messages. We store a password hash rather than your password.

We also process session and security information needed to prevent abuse and protect accounts. Public participation is attached to your chosen pseudonym, not your email address.

Public and private separation

Public profile responses do not include email addresses, credentials, sessions, network identifiers, internal risk information, or private moderation material.

Authorized access to sensitive data is purpose-bound and audited. Ordinary moderators do not need access to private identity information.

Email delivery

Essential account email is sent through configured SMTP infrastructure. Delivery systems receive the destination address and message content needed to send that email.

Retention and choices

We keep account and security records while the account is active and retain limited moderation, security, consent, and audit records when necessary to preserve platform integrity or meet legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible account information. The response will explain information that must be retained and why.
