Constructive participation

Challenge ideas without attacking a person’s dignity or attempting to expose their private identity. Strong disagreement is allowed; intimidation and manipulation are not.

• No doxxing or attempts to uncover a pseudonymous participant.
• No threats, celebration of violence, or targeted harassment.
• No caste-, religion-, ethnicity-, gender-, disability-, or identity-based dehumanization.
• No coordinated manipulation, deceptive multi-account activity, or fabricated support.
• Distinguish opinion and personal experience from factual claims.
• Provide credible sources when making consequential factual claims.

Enforcement and appeals

Reports are private to the reporter and authorized reviewers. Moderation decisions identify the rule, preserve relevant evidence, give the affected user a reason, and offer an appeal where applicable.
